Just got my vault week ago and installed it it looks amazing just like factory. Had a few questions for Alex and he was so kind and helpful. Anytime I had any customer service questions about when the order was going to ship etc they were spot on getting me an answer within minutes. The packaging was amazing as well everything came in good shape.
