Every windshield we produce is made with Laminated Clear Safety Glass just like automobile glass. Each windshield has two independently working Vents which can be open or closed depending on the weather. The Aluminum Frames are Powder Coated in Textured Black which is more scratch resistant than standard smooth Powder Coats. Each windshield was templated by our team of fabricators using the best technology and equipment to get the best fit possible.
Please note that because of the nature of how these machines are put together and how they are made, no two machines are ever exactly alike and that's why we leave a minimum tolerance to accommodate for each machine.
REALIZE this does not convert your machine into a Submarine. Expect minimal to no water entering through your windshield where it links to the roof or a similar point.

I love the windshield. Some instructions for the vent brackets, stainless steel hardware, and aluminum clamp spacers are needed to make this a 5 star product.
Only windshield other than OEM that you can use with the Intrusion bars that I know of. Install was straight forward and I love the vents that "scoop" air. Wiper kit was easy and plug and play and the rear window is nice too.
CANAM X3 RC FRONT WINDSHIELD 2018+
It definitely was not as quick as the video to put together. I had to reshape the small pieces to the front A frame section and I feel the tubes for the doors should make it ware the windows could seat lower. I had a very difficult time at best to finely get them low enough so the doors could shut. For the piece of metal that attaches to the rear, there could be longer screws. I have to hit The Home Depot to find a replacement screw. I was able to get one of the sides in but the longer screw would have been nice. The cables for the door handles are too tight and so I am unable to even get the doors to shut except for one. This in my opinion could be fixed with a smaller cable and a cable tensioner. This way the user could adjust for function and a small drop of thread lock would prevent self adjustment. The front window wasn't hard but there were no instructions as for the back, I was a pain in the .............you know. Instructions for the back window would have made it much faster. I think a small YouTube video of the front and rear widows would be nice. I don't want this to sound all doom and gloom, but was asked for a review. Now the good. The color match was spot on. Since this was the first year with the color, they had to wait for a unit to hit the dealership. They would periodically call me and update me on the status. I never once felt like a number. Everything was shipped well protected. The boxes had some damage from shipping but not one thing was bent,scratched or broken. I think it could have fallen from a plane and would have been fine. Once everything was put together, it looked amazing. The whole unit is super solid and I don't think there is anything on the market that could come close to The Vault. I am very happy with everything so far and would purchase again.
Windshield arrived with in the time frame and in one piece. Fits like a glove and was a simple install. Just wish a power whipper kit was available for it.
