Every windshield we produce is made with Laminated Clear Safety Glass just like automobile glass. Each windshield has two independently working Vents which can be open or closed depending on the weather. The Aluminum Frames are Powder Coated in Textured Black which is more scratch resistant than standard smooth Powder Coats. Each windshield was templated by our team of fabricators using the best technology and equipment to get the best fit possible.
Please note that because of the nature of how these machines are put together and how they are made, no two machines are ever exactly alike and that's why we leave a minimum tolerance to accommodate for each machine.
REALIZE this does not convert your machine into a Submarine. Expect minimal to no water entering through your windshield where it links to the roof or a similar point.

Windshield showed up in 2 days, box was in excellent condition. Windshield was solid and looks great, it fit very well to my cage. I had trouble like others getting the factory polymer roof back on. Made a call to dirt warrior and Alex in Tec support reviewed the pictures I send to him and got back to me in like 15 minutes. I The clamping system is superior to others who use Velcro or band clamps, dirt warriors are metal and wrap about 270 degrees around cage. I placed weight on the roof and placed in the sun for a couple hours and got the top to finally clamp back on. I believe I got the incorrect size wiper with my windshield and Alex looked at my pictures and sent the correct length replacement the same day, WOW, the best customer service I have delt with in like the last 10 years. I believe I did purchase the best full glass windshield for my RZR from Dirt Warrior.
the install was easy even tho it comes with NO INSTRUCTIONS the worst part was putting the roof back on it takes 2 people to put the roof back on its super tight fitting does look good tho windshield does have a little over spray on inside from powder coating
Bought the 2024 Polaris RXR XP 1000 glass windshield. It is top quality, built like a tank. Went with this option as I like that the glass can be replaced separately without having to replace the whole windshield. Customer Service is A+.
Great product so far. Haven’t been able to really trail ride yet but fit, finish and functionality get five stars. I have it 4 stars because I’m a decal junky and did not receive any stickers with this purchase.
Windshield is awesome, mounts are solid, vents work great. The seal across the top is too thick to allow my factory roof to latch back down. I had to remove them.
