Your Complete Guide to building the DWA Vault Cab Enclosure: Everything You Need to Know

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE DEFAULT VAULT PRICE?

When you purchase a Vault, the standard package includes:

• Upper side panels and DOT glass windows (2 or 4 Seat depending on machine model)
• Durable textured black powder coat finish as the default color
• Choice of 23 different emblem colors

Everything else is available as customizable add-ons. This modular approach lets you build exactly what you need without paying for features you won't don't want or won't use.

FULL VAULT BUILD COMPONENTS

A complete Vault builds with several individually priced add-ons:

• Front Windshield
• Rear Windshield
• Custom colors
• Tint options
• Manual Windshield Wiper
• Emblem color

CUSTOM OPTIONS MAKE EACH VAULT UNIQUE

One of the biggest advantages of the Vault build system is the flexibility to personalize it to your preferences.

COLOR & FINISH CUSTOMIZATION

Want to match your vault/windshield frames to your machine color or go with a totally unique look? You can even do different colors for each panel!

Stand out from the crowd with customized Vault/Windshield frame colors and finishes:

• Match just about any manufacturer color codes
• Use custom HEX or RGB codes
• Cost: $60 per panel

Whether you need a seamless factory-matched look or a bold statement color, DWA can accommodate your vision.

GLASS TINT OPTIONS

Those long rides with the beating sun can take its toll. Protection from the sun's rays can definitely make the ride that much more enjoyable. Tint options are available in three levels for both the Vault windows and rear windshield:

• 5% - Limo tint (darkest)
• 20% - Medium tint
• 35% - Light tint

The front windshield offers an additional option: a 20% 4" upper glass tint strip.

Add-on cost: $70 per window for tinting.
Add-on cost: $40 for front windshield 4" strip.

WINDOW FUNCTIONALITY: WHAT TO EXPECT

A common question: Do the windows open?

The answer is no, the windows do not open separately from their aluminum frames and there is no place for the glass to slide down into the door. This design prioritizes structural integrity and seal quality.

INSTALLATION & REMOVAL: DESIGNED FOR FLEXIBILITY

Vault systems are built for easy removal and installation, making them ideal if you want to go with an open air setup during spring and summer months. The design allows for easy transitions between seasons.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION PRICING

Prefer professional installation? Here's what to expect:

• Rate: $110 per hour
• Typical install duration: 2-3 hours
• Your machine must be brought to the DWA facility
• Or find a DWA dealer near you, shop rates will vary

Of course, most of our customers install their Vaults & Windshields themselves and we try to make it as easy as possible! Installation videos are also available on the DWA YouTube channel, and email support with written instructions can be provided if needed.

LEAD TIMES & SHIPPING

Planning ahead is key when ordering a Vault. If you want to get ready for winter riding, don't delay in ordering! Lead times increase from November through February.

COMPATIBILITY & FITMENT

ROLL CAGE VARIATIONS: Because no two roll cages are exactly the same, the Vault includes tolerance built into the design. If you notice gaps larger than expected:

1. Contact customer support
2. You'll be connected with the lead fabricator who can walk you through adjustment options for a premium fit

AFTERMARKET DOORS: Vault enclosures are fabricated based on manufacturer's stock doors, cages, and roofs. If you have aftermarket doors installed:

• The standard DWA system may not fit perfectly
• Custom built solutions are possible, click here for more information

ROOF RECOMMENDATIONS: Vault system are designed to work with OEM roofs. For aftermarket roofs:

• You may need adjustments or modifications
• All Vaults and windshields are base-fabricated to work with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) roofs
• Fitment with non-stock brands cannot be guaranteed
