Thanks again for the windshield and rear window for my new to me 2022 Polaris General.
I have the Polaris front windshield and the roof the upper doors hit the roof and the clamps for the doors hit the clamps for the windshield. I have the 2025 pro Xp, got a kit for pro s, called the store and they were very helpful with questions I had about the Fitment of the kit. Packaging is top notch!!!!!!
I purchased an enclosure kit for our 4 door Polaris General xp 1000 including a windshield and a rear window and a dash heater. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were given our windows without ANY packaging or protection. I asked if we could have some bubble wrap or something as we had 6 windows to transport back to Montana. We were given a few 5 foot long pieces and told there was a Walmart nearby where we could get some extra packing material. So we went and wrapped them as best we could to make it to Las Vegas where we planned to attempt to repack them for the rest of our trip. To the surprise of no one, we discovered in Vegas that one of the windows had broken. I called immediately and got no answer so I sent an email. I got a response rather quickly and was only then told that we could have had our windows wrapped for $75. I couldn’t believe the girl at the desk hadn’t mentioned that to us knowing we were driving a great distance, and I was quite upset that now we had a broken window. The guy said he would try to help me out with the cost but still ended up paying almost $300 extra to have a new window shipped to me and I’m not sure any discount was given. After spending over $5000 on the kit only to arrive and have them unwrapped and not in any sort of packaging was extremely disappointing. Not informing us of the option to package them is unacceptable. Frankly, I don’t know how they expect anyone to buy 6 large windows and transport them in one piece anywhere without protection. We received our replacement window today and there was more packaging bubble wrap for that one piece than they gave us before for all six.
They are the only place we found to get glass windows for our rig which is great and all, but I would recommend to anyone else considering a purchase to either have it shipped ($450!!) or packaged for pickup so you don’t have to go through what we did.
The product is great but the customer service side left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
I’m happy with my purchase, the corner triangle could fit a little better, but I know that is hard to make because not all machines are exactly the same, I got creative and made them fit pretty well, Thank you
I love it I just wish I could open the window so I could go to a drive though windows
