What Makes These Plans Different

Unlike traditional manufacturer warranties, DWA's Ride Hard Coverage Plans approach centers on speed and simplicity. Both plans operate on a "submit photos, get approved, receive replacement" model with typical processing times of just 2–5 business days, no deductible required on approved claims. The Ride Hard Coverage Plans also include Shipping Protection!

Premium Protection Plan: Beyond Standard Limited 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage

Designed for riders who "don't take it easy," the Ride Hard Coverage Plans extends significantly beyond the standard 1year limited manufacturer's warranty:

Important Terms

Coverage is limited to one replacement per covered product piece. For example, for products with multiple components, such as a vault cab enclosure with several window panels, a claim on specific panels fulfills the plan only for those panels, leaving remaining components still covered under the original purchase.

Shipping Protection Plan: Door-to-Door Coverage

Just want to make sure your products are covered from shipping damage? We have the Shipping Protection Plan. (Shipping Protection is automatically included in the Ride Hard Coverage Plans.)

For orders valued enough to warrant protection, the Shipping Protection Plan covers losses from the DWA manufacturing facility to the customer's doorstep:

How Claims Work

Both plans follow an identical three-step process:

These protection plans are for the casual UTV rider to the serious off-roader and everyone in between. Those who understand that equipment stress comes with territory. The Ride Hard Coverage Plans particularly benefits owners of windshields and vault enclosures which are prone to glass breakage and structural stress points from off-road use.

For shipping protection, DWA recommends the Shipping Protection Plan on high-value orders where shipping damage could result in significant financial costs.
