1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

1. Warranty Coverage

Dirt Warrior Accessories ("Company") warrants to the original retail purchaser that its UTV windshields and Vault Cab Enclosures ("Products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the Product.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
• Improper installation, maintenance, or use not in accordance with provided instructions
• Glass breakage, including cracks, chips, or shattering after unboxing, regardless of cause
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, or discoloration
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, including extreme weather, UV exposure, or chemicals
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs not authorized by the Company
• Use in racing, commercial, rental, or other non-personal applications

5. Warranty Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective Product, or
• Replace the Product or defective component

Replacement products may be new or refurbished. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Dirt Warrior Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or damage to other property.

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIRT WARRIOR ACCESSORIES DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE EXTENT THAT IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER UTAH LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE (1) YEAR TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

8. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Warranty Claims

You will need the following information to complete a claim:

• Proof of purchase (Order Number & Date of Order)
• Description of the defect or damage
• Photographic evidence
