WHAT THIS PLAN COVERS
This Premium Protection Plan extends beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty and is designed for riders who don't take it easy.
- Everything included in the Manufacturer's Warranty plus
- Glass Breakage (ANY cause)
- "You Break It or Wreck It, We Fix It or Replace It" Coverage
- Structural or component part breakdown
- Damage from accidents or off-road use
- Shipping damage
- Zero Deductible on approved claims
- Priority, customer-first support
- Peace of Mind
HOW IT WORKS
If your windshield or vault enclosure is damaged, broken, or fails:
1. Submit a claim with proof of purchase
2. Provide photos of the damage
3. Our team reviews and approves quickly
ONCE APPROVED, DIRT WARRIOR ACCESSORIES WILL:
- Repair, replace, or issue a replacement product
- No deductible - No hassle
IMPORTANT COVERAGE TERMS
Let's keep this clean and fair:
- Coverage begins the day the product is delivered to the customer or dealer
- Plan is valid only for the original purchaser
- Coverage under this protection plan is limited to one (1) replacement per covered product piece. For example, if you purchased coverage for a vault cab enclosure with multiple window panels and submitted a claim for the driver-side front and rear upper windows, coverage for those two (2) specific window panels would be considered fulfilled. Any remaining covered window panels included in the original purchase would still retain active coverage under the plan.
- Replacement fulfills the plan (no recurring claims, see above)
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Intentional damage or fraud
- Theft or loss - Why? Because we require a signature for delivery. If you decline delivery signature, DWA is not responsible for theft or loss
- Unauthorized modifications - DWA must authorize before any modifications are made
- Use outside intended application
- Commercial/rental fleet use
CLAIM SUBMISSION
To start a claim, the purchaser must go to PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM FORM
You will need the following information to complete a claim:
- Certificate Serial Number
- Proof of purchase (Name of Purchaser, Order Number, Date of Order)
- Photos of damage
- Description of incident
